 Our Community Garden sponsored by Food Link is doing great. As you can see by the pictures, some of it is ready now. We have been picking leaf lettuce, Romaine lettuce and broccoli. Soon tomatoes, zucchini and peppers. Please come in and pick some for yourself and enjoy some fresh vegetables. |

If you have received money from Navistar, deposited on the 24th of June, it is Vacation pay for 2009. If you are still collecting EI benefits, you will need to report this amount to EI. Call EI 1 800 206 7218 and tell them to allot it to June 24th 2010. This is an anniversary payout.

London North Centre Liberal MP Glen Pearson visited our Centre Wednesday afternoon to speak and listen to our concerns and take them back to the Liberal party leaders in Ottawa. He also said he would meet with local MP Dave VanKestern to discuss his visit. Chatham-Kent Essex Liberal nominee Steve Pickard was on hand to introduce Glen.
